Rooted Ministries desires to come alongside pastors and Christian leaders who often feel isolated and that they are “going it alone”. Pastors who feel compelled to work more, accomplish more and be more – while many days sensing that they are “dying on the inside” and perilously close to burnout. Pastors who love Jesus Christ and people but are tired of the pressure of budgets, attendance goals and countless committee meetings. Pastors who might simply want someone safe to talk to without misunderstanding and without demand.

Through our years of experience, we know that pastors and Christian leaders don’t need more how-to notebooks, astute bullet points or slick ideology. Shepherding people is intense, gut-wrenching and incredibly difficult. Rooted Ministries isn’t trying to fix anyone or any situation. But we do believe that becoming more deeply “rooted and grounded in the love of Christ” [Eph. 3:17-19] will have profound and lasting impact on every aspect of any pastor’s life who is willing to authentically do the healing work. We simply want you to know that you don’t have to do the work alone.
